Ellis Security ensures that your alarm never goes unheard with a monitoring service provided throughout Cornwall and beyond. We can also arrange keyholding services on request so that an SIA approved keyholder can respond to the potentially dangerous activation of an alarm, resolve the problem and provide a report. Police response is also available and recommended as we conform to the ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers Intruder Alarm Policy)

Here is an outline of the monitoring options available

Speech Dialler System
When the alarm is activated it calls a set of numbers of your choice until one is answered, then leaves a recorded message that the alarm has gone off

Remotely Monitored System – With Digital Communicator
Calls the monitoring centre from the landline at the premises. The response of the monitoring centre is the clients choice they can contact the client, a keyholder or the police. The monitoring centre can also track the incident via CCTV

Redcare/Fire Redcare System
Redcare is always connected and without it, if the phone line is cut the monitoring service cannot be notified. Redcare rapidly responds to a cut line and notifies the client, a keyholder or the emergency services

Dual Com System
This system is a high grade option and uses two means of contact to notify the monitoring centre being for example, Internet/Broadband connection, GSM mobile network or the telephone line
